FEA Engineering Services Capabilities using Altair OptiStruct
ProSIM is a FEA consultancy service company offering CAE services and OptiStruct FEA service.
ProSIM offers linear and nonlinear FEA simulation under static and dynamic loadings. Altair OptiStruct FEA service used for analysis and optimization of structures subjected to strength, durability & NVH problems. ProSIM has offered CAE services, offering across many industries for structural design and optimization application using Altair’s OptiStruct FEA software tool.

Figure below shows a case study. Linear & Non-linear (material) static analysis of Base Frame structure is carried out using OptiStruct. FE Modelling & application of loading & boundary condition is done under HYPEMESH CAE service.

Full-vehicle noise and vibration analysis under can be done using OptiStruct. FE Modelling & application of loading & boundary condition is done using HYPEMESH. Normal modes, eigenvalue & Coupled fluid-structure (NVH) analysis is done using FEA service competency.

Topology optimization of lattice structure is also carried out as part of OptiStruct FEA service. Generated conceptual design proposals based on a user-defined design space, performance targets & manufacturing constraints. Based on strain paths under loading conditions, topology optimization is achieved in a quick and efficient manner using OptiStruct. ProSIM has delivered several projects of topology optimization for various industry segments.
